Use cpu_orig.c in release builds for now - apparently grouping all
...
these case ranges made fps slower, not faster. Keep working on
cpu.c to attain a smaller interpreter core so we can eventually
make this a lot more efficient

Remove warm, keep only fallback cache invalidation routine.
...
Not available on iOS/Android, only probably there on OpenPandora.
On top of that iOS 8+ deprecated the system() call, so would
probably be becoming obsolete on that platform.
