Robbie Antenesse f7031ab579 Prevent accidental changes to a dictionary if the dictionary displayed on the screen is not the "current_dictionary". 
This would only happen if you had Lexiconga open in two windows/tabs and changed your dictionary in one window/tab without refreshing the other, then making edits to the un-refreshed window/tab. Now it also sends which dictionary to change and makes sure that dictionary is in the user's session dictionaries list so it updates the correct dictionary's words.

Separated some templating functions so styling will be easier moving forward.

Robbie Antenesse fca5fb2704 Started working on making a single word display page, but there's still a lot of work that needs to be done (maybe just load full dictionary with 1 word to simplify?). 
Made references to files look in root instead of local directory.

Robbie Antenesse ade8d57281 Fixed switching dicitonaries, added deletion and addition of dictionaries, added next_word_id to dictionary, added warning for logging in with non-new dictionary. 
Commented out ads/tracking, so be sure to add that before prod.
