Robbie Antenesse 3902ba96ba Got public word pages working! Added link to public words from editing dictionary. 
Separated some templating functions so styling will be easier moving forward.

Robbie Antenesse fca5fb2704 Started working on making a single word display page, but there's still a lot of work that needs to be done (maybe just load full dictionary with 1 word to simplify?). 
Made references to files look in root instead of local directory.

Removed get_include_contents() from /view/index.php because it was moved to /php/helpers.php.
Added necessary helpers.js script reference.
