Added Edit Dictionary form and manipulation of dictionary settings plus Checkboxes to go with it! Also added the ability to disable input fields.

You can now add a word while editing a word, allowing the edit word form to stay open and reorganize! Cool stuff!
Also fixed a small styling thing.

Having trouble getting the Dictionary component to render its list of words at all, let alone re-render when it's updated.
Added working header and button components, made sass imports work by putting _ before the .scss files to import.
