Robbie Antenesse 55495f9f7f Add WordsList and WordDisplay for displaying words 
Need to figure out how to properly trigger a re-render of the list after
a word is added or updated.

Robbie Antenesse adb7275f13 Improve Phondue instructions, remove unused files. 
Also un-hexed digraph file into JSON file for easier editing if
necessary. The filesize is also smaller.

Rewrote MIT-Licensed scripts to work as Inferno components.
Use keyboard shortcuts, smart replacement, or a table selection to
choose IPA characters!

Robbie Antenesse 95bdc5327c Make IPAField display suggestion on last character. 
Would be better to figure out how to get it to sense and insert at last
entered character instead of last character in line.

Robbie Antenesse 9ecfa40ec7 Improved Inputs and NewWordForm, and made inter-component references more prolific. 
Made Inputs able to clear themselves, made NewWordForm able to clear itself and not rely on WordForm, added form validation for NewWordForm.
Made Dictionary only display referenced data.
Having trouble getting words to update the list correctly. Editing them works, but adding new words duplicates the first word created when rendering.

Need to decide where the dictionary will be stored so all components needed to reference it will be able to.

Robbie Antenesse 4521dac524 You need to return the value after you map it to the array, you idiot! 
Now I need to go back and abstract the word data so it gets passed as a reference to the Word component instead of as straight data so it'll be easier to save/load.

Robbie Antenesse a7068d640a Having trouble getting the Dictionary component to render its list of words at all, let alone re-render when it's updated. 
Added working header and button components, made sass imports work by putting _ before the .scss files to import.
