If people have set their dictionaries to be public, then they presumably would like people to see them. I'd like to make a list of public dictionaries that display in random order, potentially searchable or sortable/groupable by creator.

If I get much push-back on this, I will not implement this feature, but I think it would be a good way to find other interesting dictionaries that people are working on! Any opinions on this are welcome!
