Add audio recorder for short recordings

Having an audio recorder could be a helpful tool for people who really want to go all out on their conlang and share how words should be pronounced or want to give example sentences to give people an idea of what it should sound like.

The biggest drawback is that this would require setting aside a special section of the server that is big enough to store an indefinite number of audio recordings, which would potentially make Lexiconga less portable if it ever needs to move hosts again.

I suppose with having an IPA section, making Lexicon.ga more complicated and potentially slower for a dedicated audio section wouldn't be that practical.
